About Blue Jordan Forest
- Blue Jordan Forest is governed by our Covenants, Deed Restrictions, Bylaws, and Florida State Statute F.S.720.
- Annual Dues are $420 for each lot owned. Dues are billed monthly for each lot in the amount of $35.00. A $25 discount is given if the annual amount is paid by January 15th of each year. Please mail your payments to 2706 R.E.Byrd Rd., Frostproof, FL, 33843.
- Monthly Board Meetings are open to all residents. Meetings are currently held on the second Monday of each month. Meeting location is 2706 R.E.Byrd Rd. at 6:30 PM
