Welcome to Blue Jordan Forest
Blue Jordan Forest is a gated community in southeast Polk County which has been designated a Wildlife Sanctuary where nature thrives. There are 299 lots in the subdivision with an average size of about 3 acres per lot. The common areas are maintained by the BJF Owners' Association and many Volunteers from the General Membership. Annual dues are used to fund road maintenance, refuse collection, security gates, and lighting of all common areas.
